Distilled in October 1988 and bottled in November 2016 by famed bottlers Hunter Laing as part of their "The Sovereign" single grain scotch collection, with only 253 bottles made available.
Nose:
Mellow but sweet nose of vanilla, butterscotch and sweet digestive biscuits.
Palate:
Smooth and buttery on the palate with vanilla fudge and chocolate toffees to the fore and a slight citrus note developing late.
Finish:
Long and slightly dry with a nutty aftertaste.
