Nose:
Cooked rhubarb, anise, honey, vanilla pod, and soft oak.
Palate:
Raspberry jam on brown bread, cinnamon, caraway, orange zest.
Finish:
Heavy vanilla and toffee, with hints of cinnamon, fizzy oak, and raspberry.
