The cigar honours what would be the 100th birthday of José Garcia Alayón, the father of José “Pepín” Garcia. The blend is a slightly modified version of the regular production My Father Le Bijou 1922, with all the tobaccos coming from the García family’s San Rafael, Las Quebradas and San José farms. It is still a Nicaraguan puro that uses a habano wrapper leaf.
The tobaccos are put through a special fermentation process to release all of their aromas and flavors and create the profile that the company was looking for in this limited edition release.
Limited to 1,922 boxes of 22 cigars.
