Nose:
Mellow nose of sweet vanilla, stewed rhubarb, peaches and butter shortbread.
Palate:
Creamy vanilla and butterscotch sauce poured over apricot and peaches with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts.
Finish:
A long, lingering and slightly sweet finish with a nutty aftertaste.
